After your Meet & Greet, you’ll receive access to our online scheduling platform through the Time to Pet app. It’s super easy to use!
Our standard rates cover up to 4 pets. Additional pets are just $5 each per visit or $10 night
Don’t worry—we always have a backup sitter available. Your pet’s care will never be interrupted.
All updates are sent through the Time to Pet app, including arrival/departure times, visit notes, photos, and more.
Absolutely. Every team member is fully insured and passes a federal background check before working with pets.
We serve all of Pensacola. Some locations may incur a small travel fee.
Holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year’s incur a PER DAY surcharge
$20 overnight & $10 for care visits
Visits before 6 a.m. or after 9 p.m. also include a $5 surcharge
All payments are made through the Time to Pet app. You’ll receive an invoice and can pay securely right from your phone.
Our cancellation policies are detailed in your client agreement. If you need a refresher, just ask and we’ll send it again.
We assign a trained, background-checked Happy Paws pet professional—and you’ll get to meet them ahead of time if desired!
We do our best to provide consistency and accommodate sitter requests whenever possible.
Yes! We’re experienced with a wide range of medical needs, from oral medications to insulin and mobility support. Just let us know what your pet requires.
While dogs and cats are our most common clients, we also care for small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and even the occasional bearded dragon. Ask us if your pet qualifies!
We’ll evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Safety is always our top priority—for your pet, our team, and the community.
As early as possible—especially for holidays and school breaks. We book up quickly during peak times!
We’ll do our best to accommodate! Text or call us directly for short-notice requests. Additional fees may apply.
It’s not required—but it’s the easiest way to stay in the loop with visit reports, photos, scheduling, and messaging.
No problem at all! We’re respectful of your space and used to working in homes with pet cams, security systems, and alarm codes.
Yes—we follow your home entry/exit instructions exactly and always double-check doors, gates, and alarms for security.

Your sitter arrives on schedule and provides top-notch care. You’ll get real-time updates, photos, and visit notes through the app.
